Auto Parts Warehouse App Reviews

What is the point of putting my car in to search for parts specifically for my car if every single search result is not compatible with my car?!? Not to mention half the standard items searched for seek to yield no results. The search function just....sits there and does nothing.

Wont load. Tried multiple times. Finally deleted it.

Seen an update, figured, cool I can use this again. Nope, just still sits there and loads and never stops loading. I guess we know what they think of the apple customers.

Great website..but their app is a useful as a case of hemorrhoids...it wont load at all...

About a week after I turned on the app it finally finished loading! Within this time I have learned yoga, found religion, and turned my life around! Thanks Auto Parts Warehouse!

App will not load

As soon as I open the app it gets stuck loading, I have deleted the app and downloaded it again and it worked but then I went to use it again and same problem as before loading…

When this app used to work APW got my business. Now it either wont load or it says no parts are compatible. The app is now useless and has been deleted. Get it together APW.

These people dont understand the word customer support. All they want is your credit card information & could care less if your get the correct part or not. I ordered parts over a week ago & theyre still have it in a "Processing" status which means they arent doing anything with it. Dont waist your time sending them an inquiry. Theyll only say its being worked.. If they respond.. RIGHT.. My experience with these people have been TOTALLY UNSAT. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!!!!

I bought something from them& receivedNO order confirmation& as one other reviewer said they were no help at all.

Order a couple of parts on here easy & fast. I aint had no problems with this app.
