Some bad moments
Your app is great, parts are great. Ive never had a problem until the past few weeks. Your customer service reps leave something to be desired. I was on the phone for half an hour with a lady that could barely speak english. Then I went to your live chat for help and spent longer than that just going in circles, getting back to point A of why I was even there. I was missing a piece that is supposed to be INCLUDED IN THE KIT. Says so right in the assembly instructions. Well, its not there, and because of the run around, nothing got accomplished, aside from me leaving more angry and frustrated than before.
The app is great but it needs a major update to fix the bugs, app froze in the middle of placing order, order never went but was billed took me several days to get the transaction fixed.
This company is not set up for mobile purchasing. I went on their website on my mobile device and it did not work. So I tried downloading the app still no success. I was able to find the wheels I wanted on my PC.
Does not show me my tracking number or help me to track packages
Ordered a vital part for my vehicle and selected overnight.
The order went through and was designated as "processing" for over 24 hrs. Only to find out that it was out of stock and it may take a week for a refund.

6 calls and 6 times each person said "Im not sure how this works. Let me leave someone call you back. I even received an email saying they will call in less than a couple days. By day 4 I call again. This began on December 10th 2016. They dont have any intention of helping. They even admitted being a third party and so if nothing happens it doesnt affect them!!!! If its truck or off road items you need. 4wheelDrive is cheaper as just 1 example!!!
